before and after repair for water damage due to a leaking roof. always reseal your roof when its time unless you want a repair that only costs hundreds to turn into a repair that costs thousands. I had to start with peeling up a section of the TPO membrane to rebuild the wood underneath. then scrape and reseal the entire roof to prevent more damage. then i had to rebuild the front wall, all new support wood, glue the delaminating fiberglass outer wall, new wall board, dried the foam in the wall, new polywall in the shower, completely resealed the shower, rebuilt the wall in the cabinets, and had to build a new countertop from scratch. last touch was the moldy trim had to be peeled off and covered with wood trim.
